Search for Adobe in the toolbar and select any Creative Cloud apps you see. Once you’ve installed AppCleaner, launch it and click the menu view in the top right corner of the app. Make sure to download the appropriate version for your MacOS. Next, you’ll need to download and install the first of the 2 apps. In the drop down menu, select “Quit Creative Cloud”. Quit the Creative Cloud app: Go to the menubar and click the “Creative Cloud” name. Then in the window that pops up, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, and hit sign out. To do this, click the Creative Cloud icon in the menubar. Make sure no Adobe apps are running in the dock.
